Client Story

Freshpet

Natural pet food company Freshpet came to QuickFrame a few years ago for help with some social assets. QuickFrame produced on-brand original video in a fraction of the usual production time of agencies and independent makers, sparking a multi-year partnership. Today, Freshpet counts on QuickFrame for all types of video to stay competitive, delivered in days.

BRAND STORY

Freshpet was founded in 2006 with the goal of bringing fresh, natural food to pets. They make refrigerated dog and cat food with real ingredients and no preservatives, using US-raised chicken and beef. Freshpet is the fastest-growing pet food brand, with refrigerators in over 16,000 stores.

THE GOAL

Freshpet first came to QuickFrame with a need for organic and paid social content for Facebook and Instagram, delivered with a tight turnaround. Soon after, Freshpet partnered with QuickFrame for full-funnel video—a partnership that has grown over the past several years. The pet food industry has recently seen an influx of competition; to protect and grow market share, Freshpet needs a constant stream of original video content across a diverse set of platforms.

Senior Content Marketing Strategist, Freshpet

We’ve been working with QuickFrame since 2016. Since then the relationship has evolved and strengthened our creative tremendously. Freshpet is now able to turn over more projects, more regularly in a fraction of the time. We also have access to various different kinds of makers, editors, illustrators, videographers to match our needs for any given campaign or project. And we’ve also built tried and true relationships with makers and small agencies that truly now know our brand and story. We have dabbled in many different video styles at this point, A/B tested different strategies and pushed ourselves creatively with hilarious pieces of content. It’s a unique partnership and we’re grateful to have access to a diverse network when we need it most, which is often.
